Afterwards, when you see the old olive press, you'll understand how the new system has made life a lot easier! At the old mill you'll have the opportunity to sample the olive oil, with Ilija Moric on hand to answer any questions you may have. This is followed by a buffet consisting of a delicious variety of homemade food and drinks such as smoked ham, bacon, sausages, homemade cheese, salad and apple pie.
